Overview

The Senior Account Manager, Walmart & Omnichannel eCommerce is a commercial leader responsible for driving and shaping the eCommerce business across the company’s most critical retail partners, with a primary focus on Walmart and additional exposure to Target, Kroger, Ulta, and CVS. You will be one of the key drivers of the company’s omnichannel vision for these businesses, bridging the gap between our physical and digital presence.

You will work in lockstep with the Regional and National Accounts, Shopper Marketing and Revenue Growth teams to create a seamless, best‑in‑class online shopper experience that drives total sales growth. Reporting to the VP, eCommerce, you will be a key contributor to the mission to ensure that the company wins across the entire, interconnected retail ecosystem. The role is based in Stamford, CT (hybrid) and requires the ability to commute three days per week.

What

You’ll Own
  • Lead the Walmart eCommerce business and select omnichannel retail accounts, partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Growth teams to drive digital sales performance and profitability.
  • Embed eCommerce priorities into Joint Business Plans (JBPs), ensuring digital initiatives are fully integrated into total account strategies.
  • Identify and scale omnichannel growth opportunities including click & collect, online pickup and delivery, retailer marketplaces, and last‑mile partnerships.
  • Partner with internal Retail Media and Digital Shelf teams to help guide media investment strategy across platforms such as Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM).
  • Act as a trusted eCommerce partner to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in CPG, consumer products, or omnichannel retail roles spanning sales, account management, or eCommerce.
  • 5+ years of direct experience managing the digital business for Walmart and another major omnichannel retailer (Target, Kroger, Ulta, CVS).
  • Strong working knowledge of retail media platforms and omnichannel commerce models.
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
