$16 - $18 / hour depending on experience + $2-3 / hour in tips + MORE BENEFITS!
YOU WILL- Wash dishes, pots, etc. using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
- Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
- Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep.
- Work to support the team during peak and off‑peak service by pitching in wherever necessary.
- Multi‑task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time.
- Help maintain the “A” letter grade by following Department of Health and DIG food safety standards.
- Demonstrate professional maturity and strictly uphold DIG’s anti‑discrimination & anti‑harassment policies.

- The ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds routinely and 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Physical ability to perform other requirements such as seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
- A team‑oriented focus; appreciation for people you work with and to support the restaurant’s success.
