About Vitality BowlsVitality Bowls specializes in making delicious acai bowls, which are a thick blend of the acai berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant‑rich menu items include smoothies, fresh juices, soups, salads and panini. All items of the menu are made fresh and in non‑cross contamination kitchens to ensure that those with food allergies will feel safe eating at Vitality Bowls.
No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, added sugar or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each item.

You arrive at 7:30, rally the crew, and have the place ready when the doors open at 8. By 9 AM, the lobby is buzzing. You hand a regular customer her/his favorite Warrior Bowl, coach a new teammate on smoothie speed, and resolve a delivery glitch with a smile. After the rush, you check inventory, receive today’s produce, and update the petty cash log.

- Run opening or closing shifts, set the pace, and delegate tasks
- Model top‑tier service and coach new hires on the fly
- Resolve guest issues calmly and turn frustrations into fans
- Control cash: balance drawers, check petty cash, complete nightly deposits
- Receive deliveries, track stock levels, and alert the owner to low items
- Maintain spotless lobby, kitchen, and patio throughout the shift
- Complete checklists, temperature logs, and side‑work sheets
- Manage breaks and help with time‑off requests
- Assist with interviews, performance check‑ins, and ongoing coaching
- One year or more in a café or restaurant leadership role (shift lead, key holder, or supervisor)
- Reliability: you show up early, stay organized, and own results
- Strong communication with guests and crew, face to face and by phone
- Comfort with POS systems and basic computer tasks
- Ability to stand 6‑8 hours, move quickly, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Current or willing to obtain food‑safety certification
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for healthy food
