MBD Consultants (XG Consultants Group) is looking for energetic individuals that are entering the workforce and would like to use their skills to handle interesting challenges in this new era of protective due diligence. College Major Preferences:
English, Psychology, Sociology, Literature, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Communications, Research, Criminal Justice.
The main task of this position is to conduct investigative searches such as criminal, civil, education verifications, employment verifications, DMV checks, etc. along with database research and investigative work as an investigative analyst on potential background screening candidates. The position involves computer-centric tasks requiring long stretches of data processing coupled with analytical decision‑making.
New employees must serve a 3 month probationary period, which upon successful completion would lead into a full‑time position as an Investigative Analyst.
Positions will have salary increases.

- Conducting database searches, sifting through results for accuracy, and analyzing data
- Write reports about investigative findings
- Review content for grammatical accuracy
Applicants must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Have a GPA of 3.5 or Above
- Have outstanding research skills
- Have excellent writing and editing skills
- Have strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Have strong computer skills
- Be proficient in Google Workspace
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office
- $18/hr first 3 months
- $21/hr next 9 months ($43,680/yr pace)
- $25/hr after first full year or $52,000/yr
- Pay raise after first full year is based upon performance.
