Your TasksA dynamic brand manager who leads the execution of Aquaphor's HBL strategic brand plan, collaborates extremely well across departments and has a strong pulse in culture. Reports to the Senior Brand Manager, Aquaphor Hand & Body.
Responsibilities:
- Business: Leads development of Aquaphor's HBL Marketing Plan to achieve top line sales, profit and market share. Works on the BDF readiness, go to market strategies and activation opportunities
- S&OP: Responsible for representing the brand in the S&OP process and partnering with Supply on brand forecasts and R&O assessment.
- Innovation: Scopes and sizes new launches, ensuring stakeholders alignment, assessing financial viability and supports Gate process submission
- Market Analysis: Responsible for brand and competitive insights and performance analysis to inform brand strategies and tactics.
- Budget: Management and quarterly monitoring to stay on track
- Media Comms: Collaborates with IAT on development of agency briefs for full funnel media planning
- Social media: Influences with a focus on culture. The Brand Manager is plugged into what's trending, knows where the conversation is happening with our target consumer's evolving skincare routines.
- Consumer Insights: Be able to translate those insights into refined plans and new consumer targets
- Go to Market: Partners with Commercial to infuse compelling storytelling into sell in programs, NPD launches and line reviews
- Professional Marketing: Partners with Medical marketing team to drive Dermatologists recommendations
- BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years marketing/brand management experience
- Experience in beauty, skincare or personal care categories a plus
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge in all areas of marketing including the ability to provide analytical insights, develop and implement marketing programs
