Day to Day

Corporate event marketing team focused on delivering brand experiences that drive business impact for internal and external global audiences. As a Senior Program Manager (IC4), you will support the planning and execution of Indeed’s Global Marquee event, Indeed Future Works, and additional priority events across the portfolio. This role partners closely with program managers and key partners to support delivery of complex virtual, in-person, and hybrid experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of integrated event and experiential plans. These align to business priorities, target audiences, and macroeconomic factors across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.

  • Partner with program leads to define event goals, scope, and key program components that optimise audience experience, engagement, and perception of Indeed.

  • Produce and deliver virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. Managing timelines, vendors, platforms, on-site execution, audience engagement, contingency planning, and post-event reporting.

  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner, coordinating internal teams, agencies, and vendors. Also while communicating proactively with partners to manage expectations, timelines, and service levels throughout planning and delivery.

  • Support budget management through responsible forecasting, tracking, and optimisation in partnership with programme and finance managers.

  • Analyse event performance, engagement data, and operational insights to drive continuous improvement, increased efficiency, and the implementation of scalable processes, tools, and best practices across the events portfolio.

  • Support the delivery of additional corporate and regional events throughout the year as business priorities require.

  • Skills/Competencies
  • 8+ years experience supporting and delivering experiential marketing or event programmes at scale within a large corporation or agency environment.

  • Solid experience producing large-scale virtual, in-person, or hybrid events (e.g. conferences, hosted programmes, leadership events).

  • Proven ability to manage complex work streams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, vendors, and agencies.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines.

  • Exceptional critical and communication skills, using data and insights to inform actions and deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication that improves event outcomes.

  • Adaptable and effective in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Apple applications, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies;

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
