Your Tasks

The Content Delivery Manager (CDM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and complete (OTIF) execution of paid communication assets across the full marketing funnel. Acting as the central liaison between internal teams and the Account Director at Publicis ONE Unlimited, the CDM streamlines campaign delivery, manages priorities, and the Account Director at Publicis ONE Unlimited, the CDM streamlines campaign delivery, manages priorities, and drives operational excellence across all brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project oversight & coordination
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Publicis ONE Unlimited
  • Oversee campaign delivery across all brands, managing requests and maintaining a master project list
  • Escalate bottlenecks and out of scope issues to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure OTIF delivery in the USA
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate annual Scope of Work (SOW) obtains alignment with brand teams and global procurement
  • Secure final approval from the Media & Comms Director
  • Manage the campaign asset list (CAL) across brand, iCom, eCom and SCM functions
  • Partner with CEMs and eCom teams to ensure campaign readiness and execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Present project updates to the Comms Council
  • Monitor and manage project resources, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Own and maintain project tracking systems, including the SOW Asset Tracker and campaign timelines
