As an Overnight Power Washing Technician, you'll hit the road after hours to perform exterior cleaning services at national retail and restaurant locations throughout the tri‑state area — with a heavy focus on New York City. No cubicle, no micromanager — just you, your truck, and a clear route for the night. Work is performed during overnight hours to minimize disruption to store operations, meaning quieter streets, less foot traffic, and your days completely free.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we provide our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success.

We offer career growth, training, and certification programs to help you develop your skills. We promote from within and no two nights are the same — different routes, different locations, different parts of the city.

Responsibilities:
  • Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance:
Perform exterior power washing of storefronts, sidewalks, patios, drive‑thru lanes, and dumpster areas; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, surface cleaners, etc.) in the field during overnight shifts.
  • Route Execution & Time Management:
Complete assigned routes of 3–4 locations per shift within the allotted timeframe, including setup, cleaning, and breakdown at each stop. Maintain an efficient pace to stay on schedule across multiple locations per night.
  • Site Safety & Risk Mitigation:
Work safely during overnight hours; identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, wet surfaces near public walkways, storefront signage and fixtures, landscaping protection). Set up proper safety cones and signage while working.
  • Client & Store Standards:
Ensure each location meets the client's commercial cleaning standards. Document completed work (before/after photos) and communicate any site issues or concerns to management.
  • Quality Control:
Maintain a keen eye for detail; ensure thorough cleaning of all exterior surfaces, proper rinsing of chemicals, and full post‑job cleanup before store opening hours.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:

6+ months in a hands‑on, labor‑intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required — we will train you.
  • Overnight Availability:
Must be available and reliable for overnight shifts (evening start times, typically wrapping up by early morning). Exact hours may vary by route and season. This is not a 9‑to‑5 role — you must be comfortable working through the night on a consistent basis.
  • Valid Driver's License:
Required. You will be driving company vehicles and equipment between locations. Must be comfortable driving a box truck through New York City at night — navigating tight streets, finding parking, and managing logistics in an urban environment. Familiarity with the five boroughs and surrounding suburbs is a strong plus.
  • Dependability:
Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic. Overnight work requires self‑discipline — you'll often be working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail:
Ability to spot potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces, missed areas on a storefront).
  • Physical Requirements:

Able to perform physically demanding work throughout an overnight shift, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment and hoses, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions.
Benefits and Perks:
  • $25–$27/hr with overnight shift differential
  • Daytime hours completely free — go to school, work a second job, or just enjoy your day
  • Independent, self‑directed work — no one looking over your shoulder
  • Use of company truck, tools, and equipment (nothing out of your pocket)
  • Consistent, route‑based schedule — you'll know your nights in advance
  • Training and certification programs — no prior power washing experience needed
  • Opportunities for career growth and promotion from within
  • Join a growing company that values its people and delivers top‑tier service to major national brands. If you're reliable, hardworking, and like the idea of owning your night — apply now.
