Intellectual Property + Technology Transactions Attorney; Associate

Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks a transactional associate with two to five years of experience to join the Intellectual Property + Technology Law Practice Group in any of its East Coast offices.

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a range of intellectual property and technology transactional matters, including structuring, drafting, revising, and negotiating license agreements; research and development agreements; data license agreements; strategic alliance agreements; maintenance, support, and other service agreements; distribution agreements; cloud computing and hosting agreements; and a wide variety of other intellectual property and technology agreements.

Candidates should have superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Please note that all R+C attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location.

DC, Massachusetts, and New York Applicants:
The target base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $210,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, qualifications, and office location.

R+C supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model. Our attorneys are asked to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week to benefit from in-person connection and collaboration.
