Position: Intellectual Property + Technology Transactions Attorney (Associate)

Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks a transactional associate with two to five years of experience to join the Intellectual Property + Technology Law Practice Group in any of its East Coast offices.

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a range of intellectual property and technology transactional matters, including structuring, drafting, revising, and negotiating license agreements; research and development agreements; data license agreements; strategic alliance agreements; maintenance, support, and other service agreements; distribution agreements; cloud computing and hosting agreements; and a wide variety of other intellectual property and technology agreements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit and active team that offers direct partner access, mentorship, and a variety of interesting work. Candidates should have superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Please note that all R+C attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location.

DC, Massachusetts, and New York Applicants:
The target base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $210,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, qualifications, and office location.

R+C supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model. Our attorneys are asked to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week to benefit from in-person connection and collaboration.
