Our client is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy / Creditors' Rights Litigation Attorney to join a Connecticut-based practice with a hybrid schedule (up to two remote days per week).
Key Responsibilities- Handle bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters, including related litigation
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage cases efficiently from inception through resolution
- Advocate for clients in court and related proceedings
- Provide responsive, solutions-oriented client service
- Active attorney license eligible to practice in Connecticut
- 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, or commercial litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent case management and organizational abilities
- Collaborative, client-focused approach
- Experience with bankruptcy proceedings or creditors' rights matters
- Clerkship experience a plus
