Job Summary

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Developer to architect and execute our end-to-end acquisition email programs. This role is responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, from complex data segmentation and HTML/CSS development to advanced workflow automation, quality assurance, and deliverability optimization. The ideal candidate is an Eloqua expert capable of bridging the gap between creative marketing strategy and technical execution to drive conversion for our Mid-Market and Large Business segments.

• Architect and execute sophisticated acquisition campaigns within Oracle Eloqua, encompassing both high-volume standalone deployments and complex automated triggers.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive landing pages utilizing HTML and CSS to ensure high conversion rates and seamless user experiences across all device types.
• Design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to iterate on campaign performance and landing page effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the Eloqua marketing automation instance; troubleshoot platform discrepancies and implement workflow enhancements/processing steps.
• Monitor email health metrics and IP reputation using Validity. Ensure all outbound communications maintain 100% compliance with global email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Own the end-to-end QA process, including link validation, cross-client image rendering, and deep-level personalization logic checks.
• Build and manage intricate lead workflows to ensure high-fidelity data capture from the Enterprise website and landing pages into Salesforce.
• Support the MLB Salesforce instance by managing lead flow, routing logic, and data capture via forms to ensure no lead is lost in transition.
• Partner with Database and Engineering teams to manage marketing integrations () and ensure consistent data synchronization between connected systems.
• Maintain and enforce marketing taxonomy standards to ensure consistent tagging, enabling accurate attribution and performance reporting across all initiatives.

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation, specifically within the Oracle Eloqua ecosystem.
• Expert‑level proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for email and landing page development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) integration and lead object architecture.
• Experience with email deliverability tools (e.g., Validity/Return Path).
• Advanced knowledge of Eloqua processing steps, segments, and program canvas.
• Proven ability to manage “Mid‑Market” and “Large Business” scale data sets.
• Strong analytical skills for A/B testing and performance optimization.
• A proactive problem‑solver who can navigate technical change and manage multiple high‑priority campaign deadlines simultaneously.
