Senior ServiceNow Developer; IRM​/SecOps

Job Title: Senior Service Now Developer (IRM / Sec Ops)

Location: Stamford, CT (Remote)

Position: (C2C Role)

Duration: (6+ Months)

Pay Range: $50 – 65/Hr

Skills: Service Now, IRM & Sec Ops with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM

• Serve as the subject matter expert, squad point of contact, and champion for Service Now
• At least 5+ years’ experience required with hands‑on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service Now platform (Sec Ops & IRM)
• Proficiency in Service Now platform configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs)
• Build automated workflows, risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting
• Configure continuous monitoring, control testing, attestation workflows, and evidence collection
• Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and platform guardrails
• Manage platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations
• Optimize existing IRM modules for performance and usability
• Maintain data integrity, process governance, and platform compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within GRC/IRM
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit standards
• Proficiency in Service Now Scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs)
• Experience with key technologies relevant to Service Now integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, Service Graph
• Experience integrating Service Now with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms
• Hands‑on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration

• Design and implement IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and Sec Ops solutions within the Service Now platform
• Ensure proper integration of IRM & Sec Ops with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise applications
• Provide expertise in data modeling, table structures, relationships, and ACL configurations within Service Now
• Automate security incident response playbooks using Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)
• Enable vulnerability scanning and patch automation by integrating with VM tools
• Develop Sec Ops dashboards and reports for tracking security posture, incident trends, and compliance gaps
