We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead customer-facing digital commerce experiences in a high-scale telecom environment. If you have strong telecom domain expertise and hands‑on digital sales product ownership experience, this is a high‑visibility opportunity to drive measurable revenue impact.

Stamford, CT (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (High possibility of extension)

As a Product Manager – Digital Sales Experience
, you will own the evolution of the end‑to‑end digital purchase journey, directly impacting conversion rates, order completion, and revenue growth
.
You will define product vision, build and manage the roadmap, and collaborate cross‑functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to continuously optimize digital buyflows across telecom channels.
This is a customer‑first, revenue‑driven product leadership role in a complex telecom ecosystem.
Must‑Have (Non‑Negotiable) SkillsProfiles will only be considered if ALL below criteria are fully met:
- Telecom industry experience (Must have worked with Verizon, T‑Mobile, AT&T, Charter, etc.)
- Strong Digital Sales experience in customer‑facing applications (PO or PM role)
- Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on Figma experience
- 4+ years of Jira and Agile delivery tools experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in software development and/or product/project management
- Proven experience improving conversion, checkout optimization, and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills (conversion, abandonment, completion metrics)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager
- Own and evolve the end‑to‑end digital purchase journey
- Complete intake on new features focused on customer‑facing purchase experiences
- Build and maintain a data‑driven product roadmap
- Partner with design & engineering to define user stories and sprint deliverables
- Resolve delivery impediments balancing CX, revenue, and technical constraints
- Communicate product performance and vision to leadership stakeholders
