Position: Tier 2/3 Help Desk Engineer — Onsite NYC (Azure/365)
A leading Managed IT Services provider in Connecticut is seeking a Tier 2/3 Helpdesk Support Engineer. You will provide both onsite and remote technical support to clients, primarily in the NYC area. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment, advanced troubleshooting skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
