Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RDM Developer to design, develop, and support Reference Data Management solutions that ensure high-quality, consistent, and governed reference data across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, data governance, and technical teams to implement scalable RDM solutions aligned with organizational data standards.
Responsibilities- Design and maintain reference data models and hierarchies
- Configure RDM tools and workflows
- Integrate RDM with source and downstream systems
- Ensure data quality, validation, and governance compliance
- Support testing, deployment, and production issues
- Experience with RDM/MDM tools (e.g., Informatica RDM)
- Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge
- Understanding of data governance and data quality
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Salary Range - $100,000-$140,000 a year
