UX Designer (Junior–Mid Level, Hybrid – Stamford, CT)
We are seeking two junior–mid–level UX Designers (3–8 years of experience) to support a major redesign initiative for high‑visibility digital platforms across web and mobile. This role is ideal for designers who excel in solving complex e‑commerce challenges, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional team.
You’ll work closely with senior designers and the research team to shape user experiences, define components, and help influence how the organization approaches UX. This is a hybrid role based in Stamford, CT—just a 50‑minute train ride from NYC, with the office located directly across from the train station.
Top Required Skills- UX Design (3–8 years; must be UX‑focused, not purely visual UI)

- Familiarity with Angular environments
- Experience contributing to large‑scale Figma design systems
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and follow guidance on design direction.
- Execute UX tasks with strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Support a major redesign within an Angular environment.
- Design experiences that drive conversion and optimize digital purchase funnels.
- Align design solutions with business goals to deliver measurable user and business impact.
- Work across both residential and mobile digital teams.
- Solve complex UX challenges within multi‑step e‑commerce funnels.
- Use Figma extensively, including prototyping and variable‑based systems.
- (Preferred) Contribute to or scale a large Figma‑based design system.
- Work onsite in Stamford 2 days per week (local candidates preferred).
- Dive deep into problem‑solving for complex sales funnel dynamics.
You will work on highly visible digital platforms that contribute significantly to the company’s overall revenue, providing the opportunity to influence core customer experiences.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
