Amazon E-Commerce Senior Manager
This role is responsible for bringing to life a tailor‑made Philips North America Amazon strategy and plan to reflect the overarching Philips Personal Health Business vision and goals. You will be working closely with our Regional Business Units, Mar Comm, Amazon Sales and Agency team, and be responsible for creating a successful 360 Amazon ecosystem including strategy, planning, buying requirements and overseeing implementation for total PH NAR business.

- Lead and own creation and implementation of PH NAR Amazon 360 Strategic plan (paid + organic) and the relationship between Integrated Agency Team, Amazon Ads, Philips Amazon Sales team and other external partners.
- Translate business briefs into activation briefs for Amazon and connect the dots between activation and sales plans.
- Oversee all content needs for Amazon activation (owned – i.e., PDP, brand store and paid content – banner ads, search ad copy, etc.).
- Oversee implementation of all media strategy plans for Amazon and ensure performance versus business and sales objectives.
- Own development of media strategy/brief/KPIs to deliver on the objective of national business and customer priorities (e.g., High‑Volume Events, Recurring Revenue, Base vs. Promo).
- Monitor Amazon market share, share of voice and sales & profit objectives; leverage data to optimize media plans on the go, ensuring media optimization and performance reviews when needed to deliver on KPIs.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
- You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in CPG media management, which could include agency management. Amazon experience is required.
- Your skills include the Amazon ecosystem and full‑funnel media activation experience; proven record of media activation plans and results on Amazon and ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re a self‑starter with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

The pay range for this position in Connecticut is $ – $ USD Annual. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives, may be offered.
