The mission of Global PMI Compliance is to support and oversee the management of compliance risks by empowering and enabling employees and close third parties to meet applicable external (legal, regulatory, industry) and internal (policy) requirements, by providing them with the tools, knowledge and advice to do their jobs in an ethical and compliant way. We assess risk, monitor ongoing compliance, test compliance controls, and investigate allegations of potential non‑compliance, and drive a culture of compliance that encourages raising concerns about potential or actual compliance violations and proactively addressing issues.

PMI Global Compliance develops, drives and delivers a compliance program based on five strategic pillars (Governance & Risk, Policy & Process, Training & Communications, Investigations & Monitoring, and Compliance Advisory), with a subject‑matter focus on Code of Conduct & Ethics, Conflicts of Interest, Speaking Up, and legal compliance topics such as Anti‑Corruption program.

Responsibilities

This role supports the implementation and operationalization of the U.S. Compliance Program, including program management support, communications and training initiatives, reporting and data analytics, and special projects.

Program Management
  • Support the U.S. policies project, maintaining the project plan for the deployment, implementation, and operationalization of U.S. policies and serve as the owner of the repository for policy documents.
  • Support the development and rollout of significant compliance program elements, such as U.S. compliance risk assessments and program assessments, consolidating results.
  • Provide the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer, Local Compliance Officers, and the Head of U.S. Policy Governance with ad‑hoc and ongoing project support.
Communications and Training
  • Project manage the development and roll‑out of U.S. Compliance communications initiatives and amplify PMI Global Compliance communications and training initiatives.
Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Support the development of U.S. Compliance program reports, including data collection, analytics, and administrative and budget reporting.

The role also provides growth opportunities for the manager to develop expertise in compliance by working on substantive compliance matters, e.g., anti‑corruption and competition law, in close collaboration with the U.S. Compliance team and other subject‑matter experts.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of work experience.
  • University degree.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, multi‑task, and maintain flexibility in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Compliance experience preferred.
  • Experience focused on project management, operational processes, systems, and data analytics preferred.
Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000–$165,000
