Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Key member of the IA team, focused on overseeing the IT Audit/SOX workstream including coordination with key stakeholders, managing the IT audit team, and collaboration with the Director of Internal Audit to complete the audit plan.
• Review control testing and documentation and deficiency identification. Assist in capturing management remediation planning and following up until remediation is achieved.
• Work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and multiple business units across TKO. Build strong working relationships with the CIO, SVP IT Compliance and VP of IT Compliance, and the broader IT team to drive efficiency in audit requirements and act as a trusted business partner while ensuring IT meets company compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate auditor skepticism to challenge the business on process and control performance based on evidence; operate independently with initiative and focus on high-risk areas. Perform end-to-end IT, operational and compliance audits of business functions and processes with emphasis on IT-related financial audits to ensure the integrity of controls and operational efficiency.
• Prepare draft results including key findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently and report to the Director or SVP IA at agreed cadences.

IT Proficiency

• Understand how to use technology effectively, including tech-enabled software such as Audit Board.
• Proficient in MS Office suite for testing and analytical operations.

• Prepare IT Audit plan including planning documents (memos, project plans) to ensure clear understanding of project requirements with IT, IA leadership, and business involved.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive clear understanding of project objectives.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Lead the execution of IT SOX and/or IT IA projects, including but not limited to:
• Review documentation of processes and IT controls for completeness and accuracy with key stakeholders and control owners.
• Incorporate auditor skepticism in evaluating processes and controls and raise concerns as appropriate to the Director.
• Review design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of controls through examination of evidence.
• Lead discussions with system control owners on process and control expectations, discuss exceptions, develop remediation plans, and enable effective review and finalization of IA leadership.

• Will be required to work outside of standard working hours; these times will typically be known in advance.
• Travel up to 10% or more domestically per year.

Mandatory

• 6+ years of IT SOX 404 compliance experience, including information risks and testing and documenting ITGCs.
• Track record of delivering complex audits under tight deadlines; IT audit planning experience with stakeholder coordination and resource planning.
• Strong project management skills to drive progress, escalate delays as needed, and deliver on deadlines.
• Understanding of operational, compliance and strategic risks and controls.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset; agile learner with a team-first attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong team player with 2+ years of experience managing people.

Desirable

• General understanding of the Media and Entertainment businesses.
• JDE and OnBase experience.
• Familiarity with Audit Board.
