• Involve in Onsite-Offshore coordination activities (handover-takeover, off business hour activity tracking, offshore reporting)
• Provide Solution Manager support to SAP implementation as well as support teams and internal customers/clients

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Solution Manager with at least 1 end-to-end implementation project and 2 support projects as a Solution Manager Functional SME for following areas:
  • Incident Management (IT Service Management)
  • Change Request Management (ChaRM)
  • Managing Solution Manager Projects and Blueprint
  • Integration with ARIS
• Strong knowledge of various Solution Manager Features
• In depth configuration expertise of Incident Management process and IT Service Management features in Solution Manager
• Configuration knowledge of Change Management process (ChaRM), Project Management, Quality Gate Management, integration with HP-ALM and ARIS.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module is an added advantage.
• Experience as the Solution Manager Functional SME in at least 2 Incident Management implementations
• Experience with all aspects of Solution Manager implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state operations solution, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development for Solution Manager
• Extensive experience in Onsite-Offshore working model.
