What you’ll do

As a Product Designer, you will join our Knowledge Graph Intelligence team, which focuses on developing technical applications for investment operations. Specifically, you will:

  • Execute the design process for new features and improvements, from concept to delivery, for our suite of investment applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user‑centered design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that adhere to and contribute to our design system.
  • Advocate for UX best practices while fostering a culture of design thinking and customer‑centricity across the team.
  • Measure and analyze user engagement to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to foster innovation.

What’s required

  • 4 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering user‑centric solutions in an agile development environment.
  • A degree in UX design, human‑computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, particularly in the context of web applications for financial services or similar complex domains.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for understanding the needs of users with experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000‑$225,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
