Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will lead advanced Salesforce configuration efforts supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as part of a company-wide digital transformation. Salesforce serves as the system of entry for customers and orders, making this a highly visible, mission‑critical position. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and complex Flow automation in integrated environments
. You must be able to design and implement advanced configurations and automation without custom code while partnering with external Salesforce architecture consultants and internal business teams. This is an opportunity to play a central role in a mission‑critical platform transformation, with the flexibility to either evolve into a CRM Product Owner role or continue growing as a senior‑level Salesforce configuration expert long term.
- Configure Sales Cloud & Service Cloud to support customer data and core revenue workflows
- Build complex Flow automation including record‑triggered, scheduled, and screen flows
- Design and maintain data models aligned with ERP integrations
- Configure objects, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets
- Maintain security architecture including roles and access controls
- Partner with Salesforce architecture consultants to execute technical direction
- Collaborate with ERP and business teams to ensure accurate data flow
- Manage sandboxes, deployments, and release coordination
- Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Document configuration, automation logic, and security decisions
- Serve as primary Salesforce administrator post–go‑live
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required
- 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration or implementation experience is required
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud and some Service Cloud experience is required
- Strong experience building complex Flow automation without custom code is required
- Experience with data modeling, validation rules, and security configuration is required
- Experience working in an integrated environment is required
- Ability to work onsite in Stamford, CT 2–3 days per week is required
