About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Network and Systems will oversee Curaleaf’s global network, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise collaboration platforms, ensuring operational resilience, scalability, and security. This role demands a technically proficient leader with deep expertise in CISCO networking, SD-WAN, and Microsoft O365, and proven ability to mentor offshore Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams in India. The Senior Manager will serve as a hands‑on leader, combining deep technical expertise with team leadership to optimize Curaleaf’s network architecture and enterprise platforms across global operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of infrastructure/network management experience.
• 5+ years of managing distributed or outsourced IT teams.
• Strong expertise in CISCO networking (CCNP/CCIE, preferred), SD-WAN, Microsoft O365, VPN/Firewalls.
• Experience with SaaS-based environments and mentoring junior technical teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and performance monitoring.
• Strong background in VPN, firewalls, and network security protocols, ensuring compliance and data protection.
• Experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient network and cloud environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft O365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security configurations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across technical and business teams, and influence infrastructure strategy.
