We are partnered with a leading global financial institution seeking a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst (Technical) with strong Axiom

SL experience to support both US and European regulatory reporting efforts. This role will focus on remediation, control implementation, and data process substantiation in collaboration with Finance and IT.

• Analyze, document, and enhance regulatory reporting workflows and control processes
• Develop and maintain Axiom
  
  SL v10 components: tables, aggregations, workflows, mappings, logic/rules, short hands
• Define and document business requirements and data lineage
• Assist in remediation efforts for data quality and processing issues
• Design process flows for report attestation and certification
• Liaise with Technology for implementation, testing, and debugging of reporting updates
• Produce documentation in compliance with regulatory expectations
• Support training for US and EU regulatory reporting teams

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–10+ years in financial services regulatory reporting
• Strong experience with Axiom
  
  SL (v10 preferred)
• Familiarity with US regulatory reports (e.g., FFIEC 041, FR2900, FR2644);
  European exposure a plus
• Advanced Excel and Word skills
• Strong documentation and process design skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or cross-functionally
• Experience with Axiom
  
  SL Controller View
• Background in regulatory remediation projects
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, lineage, and risk/control processes
