- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via web meetings
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
- Support marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong pre-sales experience, ideally with ITSM & ITOM knowledge
- Knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and experience selling to this market
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business concepts
- Experience working with Pharma/Life Sciences
- Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management, or IT Operations Management
- Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
