Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Analyst to optimize digital buy flows and improve conversion rates across our online sales funnel. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for incremental improvements through data-driven insights and testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze e-commerce performance and funnel mechanics to identify conversion opportunities.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics to run reports, extract insights, and track performance metrics.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and prioritize optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of optimization campaigns and recommend next steps.
- Use tools such as Qlik, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Adobe Reporting Suite for data analysis and visualization.
- Document findings and manage tasks in Jira for transparency and workflow tracking.
- Responsible for weekly presentations and read-outs; identify errors on site and overall website performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and put together a testing schedule; work with devs to plan testing.
- Leverage website/commerce experience; analyze traffic and patterns, and build stories to support decision-making.
- Work with analytics teams to build reports and maintain website analytics.
This is a Contract position based in Stamford, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 per hour.
