Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
Overview
The Marketing Effectiveness lead plays a critical role in understanding how customers interact with digital experiences and how those interactions drive engagement and conversion. This role turns analytics into action by using data, experimentation, and performance measurement to evaluate website behavior and inform strategic decisions.
You will partner closely with Analytics & Reporting, Product, UX, and Marketing teams to deliver insights that shape digital experience improvements and support the broader goal of increasing digital sales performance. Daily you will translate test and performance data into clear recommendations and create executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and summaries that showcase insights, trends, and recommended actions. This is a 12 month ongoing contract and pays $58-60hr.

- 5-7+ years of Digital Marketing Analytics, Marketing Effectiveness, Performance Marketing, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong skills in interpreting data and turning it into recommendations and business stories.
- Ability to assess digital funnel performance and identify root causes of drop-off.
- Skilled at building presentations and explaining complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree required
