Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will join the Digital Transformation and Strategy team for the Customer Operations organization. The pay is between $45-55/hour and the position will be performed on-site in Stamford. This role will involve reviewing reports on different customer experiences and recommending strategy for the team based on those insights.

- Review reports on different customer experiences and recommend strategy for the team based on insights.
- Contribute to 30% reporting, 50% presenting/identifying opportunities, and 20% understanding what is being built.
- Connect the dots across multiple reporting resources to identify trends, opportunities, issues, and propose solutions.
- Analyze existing reporting databases to extract insights and translate them into clear, high-level reporting requirements.
- Publish reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint to turn data into narratives.
- 5+ years in a business strategy/reporting role.
- Experience driving insights from data and solving problems.
- Data visualization and storytelling skills using PowerPoint and Excel.
