Global Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Information Technology Help Desk Administrator
Responsibilities- Reporting to the Managing Director, IT
- Provide Network and Desktop Support to Local and Remote Users Across the Company
- Serve as the First Point of Contact for Customer/Internal Staff Seeking Technical Assistance via the Help Desk
- Performing Onsite and Remote Troubleshooting through Diagnostic Techniques
- Prioritizing Incoming Help Desk Tickets and Scheduling Resolutions Accordingly
- Building and Deploying New Hardware
- Maintaining Quick Response Times to Various Issues Reported by End-Users and Vendors
- Maintaining Inventory of Desktops, Laptops, Phones, Baths
- Assisting IT Team with Troubleshooting Network Level and Back-End Systems
- Supporting Various Implementations with Other Members of the IT Team Including:
Upgrades, Patches, Installation of New applications and New Equipment - Special Projects
- 2-6 Years of IT/Help Desk Experience
- Global Financial Services Industry Experience a Big Plus
- Experience with Microsoft MS365, Azure and Desktop Operating Systems like Windows 11
