Sr UX Designer

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Sr UX Designer for a fortune 500 company. In this role you will dive deep into e-commerce funnels, analyzing user flows and identifying friction points to improve conversion and engagement. They will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences. They must have experience in leadership.

Their work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys, conducting usability testing, and leveraging data insights to inform design decisions. This person will actively participate in cross-functional meetings, ask thoughtful questions, and advocate for user-centric solutions while iterating quickly based on feedback. We are looking for someone who is curious, not afraid to explore new ideas, and continuously look for opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

• 10+ years of UX design experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital product environments.
• Leadership capabilities and able to distill strategic direction from the top.
• Comfortable designing and optimizing user flows for e-commerce funnels to improve conversion and engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in complex funnels and flows.
• Ability to translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Highly proactive and curious, with a desire to learn and make an impact.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally across large organizations.
• Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure) and familiarity with research methods.
• Bachelor's degree.
