• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management
• Oversee professional staff or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
• Maintain billable client charging and travel as required by client needs

• Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management
• Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery experience is desirable
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries; ability to understand, communicate and deliver complex requirements
• Knowledge of SAP Project Systems leading practices and advisory experience related to finance and technology functions

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certifications (e.g., C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems)
• Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core module
• Additional SAP Finance certificates or accounting domain experience
• Ability to travel as needed
