What You’ll Do:- Lead market pricing, job evaluation, and survey benchmarking
- Support global compensation programs + job architecture
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders on compensation decisions
- Analyze pay data and support annual compensation cycles
- Ensure compliance across multiple regions
- 4–6+ years of compensation experience
- Strong analytics + Excel skills
- Experience with global organizations is a plus
- Clear communicator who loves partnering with the business
