Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director, HR Business Partner to support the global Supply Chain & Operations organization. In this highly visible role, you will translate business strategy into a comprehensive people plan that accelerates organizational performance and prepares the business for future growth.

Partnering closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and senior leaders, you will anticipate capability needs, build long‑range talent strategies, guide organizational design, and influence leadership effectiveness. This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and blends hands‑on partnership with high‑level strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand business priorities and industry trends to forecast workforce implications and future talent needs.
  • Develop a talent strategy for the global supply chain function that ensures the organization has the right skills, leadership, and structure to achieve its goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and maintain a world‑class talent management approach.
  • Strengthen team effectiveness by coaching leaders, fostering collaboration, and supporting the creation of high‑performing, engaged teams.
  • Guide organizational design, job architecture, and workforce planning to support operational health and long‑term scalability.
  • Lead major transformation initiatives related to structure, process, culture, and capability development.
  • Use data, analytics, and trend insights to assess talent gaps, evaluate risk, and propose forward‑looking solutions.
  • Create and maintain an end‑to‑end workforce planning framework, ensuring visibility for both HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support the enhancement of the employee experience by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve communication, and strengthen engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels, providing coaching on leadership, communication, and people‑related decision‑making.
  • Promote and uphold a culture of integrity, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in talent strategy, organizational development, or HR business partnership within a product, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly complex environment.
  • Significant experience advising C‑suite executives and supporting global or multi‑site operational teams.
  • Demonstrated experience as a people manager with a track record of developing high‑performing HR teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people initiatives directly to financial and strategic outcomes.
  • Proven success assessing organizational capabilities, shaping talent pipelines, and guiding culture.
  • Exceptional ability to manage ambiguity, analyze data, anticipate challenges, and build practical solutions.
  • Skilled at relationship‑building, influencing leaders, and facilitating difficult conversations with confidence and tact.
  • Experience leading organizational change with empathy and clarity.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for audiences.
  • Forward‑thinking, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Standard office‑based working conditions.
  • Ability to sit, work on a computer, and collaborate in person for extended periods.
  • This role requires regular on‑site presence at headquarters four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day per week.
  • Domestic travel up to 10%.
