We are seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our internal hiring team in Stamford, CT. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on supporting hiring for our sales and marketing teams across the Northeast.

No prior experience required - just a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and working closely with Sales Managers and HR to meet monthly hiring goals.

• Source, screen and interview job applicants
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
• Collaborate with sales managers to understand hiring targets
• Track and report hiring metrics
• Help ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process

• No recruiting experience required - we'll train the right person
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, professional and goal-oriented
• Strong team player with a "student mentality"
• Must be available to work on-site at our Stamford, CT office

• Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM)

On-Target Earning:
Salary + bonus (Depending on experience)

• Salary: starting at $40k annually (based on experience)
• Expected hours: 40 per week
