Job Summary- Manage full-cycle hiring for high-volume, cross‑functional roles, from intake through offer close
- Assess candidates for technical capability, leadership potential, and cultural fit
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align on hiring strategy, priorities, and timelines
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviews, competencies, and decision-making
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates and internal partners
- Collaborate with external search partners and manage vendor engagements
- Produce recurring and ad hoc recruiting metrics and reports
- Deliver a high‑touch candidate and internal client experience
- Support additional HR initiatives as needed
- 5+ years’ experience recruiting in house within financial services, asset management, pr banking
