Position Summary

The Manager, Global Compensation is essential to executing our Total Rewards strategy—our primary tool for attracting and retaining talent. Reporting to VP, Global Total Rewards, this role manages all global compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with Conair’s strategy and values. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders worldwide (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to build programs that both reward high performance and support continuous career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles, providing analysis and recommendations to HR and business leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR Business partners and business leaders on international compensation strategy, as well as providing support on administration of compensation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to interpret and apply compensation policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead participation in global salary surveys, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining global salary ranges, frameworks, and job architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with global pay and benefits regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, transparency, retirement plan regulations etc.,)
  • Conduct internal equity reviews and develop guidelines to support fairness and consistency.
  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications on compensation programs, policies, and updates.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in compensation, surfacing and summarizing relevant themes.
  • Create insightful analytics that help the business and wider HR teams to make informed decisions
  • Represent compensation function in cross-functional projects, ensuring the relevant perspectives are integrated into business initiatives (such as HRIS implementation)
Supplemental Responsibilities
  • Assist the Benefits team in annual renewal processes during peak time(s) of annual cycle
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team in creating and maintaining a close link between Compensation and Benefits (e.g. Total Rewards statements, collaboration on employee communications, etc.)
Qualifications / Skills
  • 7+ years of compensation experience with a strong focus on analytics and program administration.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Mercer, WTW and Radford).
  • Strong knowledge of compensation methodologies, benchmarking tools, and market analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity, agility, and resilience in navigating change
