Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their growing TA team.

Location: Stamford, CT or NY, NY (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, Fridays remote)

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interview Scheduling Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in administrative, HR, or recruiting coordination, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and precision. The position involves coordinating high-volume interviews, managing candidate communications, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including multi-time zone logistics for in-person, phone, and virtual formats.
  • Manage candidate case study coordination as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear instructions and supporting a positive interview experience.
  • Maintain recruiters’ and hiring managers’ calendars, resolving conflicts and ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to interview processes, agendas, and candidate feedback.
  • Track candidate information and interview schedules in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or internal trackers.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to align on recruitment goals and timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR support roles; staffing agency coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Professional, polished, and proactive approach with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to process improvements.
  • Hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite and remote flexibility on Fridays.
  • Exposure to coordinating interviews for roles across domestic and international offices.
