In this role, you’ll work with a supportive care team to help patients regain mobility, restore function, and improve quality of life. Your clinical expertise will directly impact the well-being of each individual under your care.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments

Develop and execute customized treatment plans

Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and manual therapy

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home programs

Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut (or willing to obtain)

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

BLS certification (required)

At least 1 year of recent clinical experience

Excellent communication and documentation skills
