MRI Technologist

Advanced Radiology Consultants invites dedicated MRI Technologists to join our team. The role offers competitive pay, a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, and a supportive, patient‑focused culture.

Mon‑Fri 6:45am‑3:15pm with rotating Saturday 6:45am‑3:15pm.

• Perform MRI procedures per ordered scans achieving high quality and timely delivery.
• Escort patients to the treatment room and assist with dressings as necessary.
• Complete all required paperwork to ensure timely MRI service delivery.
• Explain MRI procedures to address patient concerns and questions.
• Administer I.V. contrast.
• Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.
• Obtain interpretation by radiologist.
• Conduct quality control measures to monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or adjustments to the site manager.
• Focus on customer service and use courtesy and poise when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors to maintain a professional atmosphere.

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ARRT® (MR) certification and Connecticut licensure required.
• Two years of clinical experience in all MRI procedure types.
• Siemens or GE experience preferred.
