Salary: $45-52/hr based on experience

Physical Therapist PT
MUST HAVE A VALID PT LICENSE
Responsibilities- We are looking for a Physical Therapist PT who has the desire to implement high-quality Physical Therapy services. Looking for a Physical Therapist who is strong in identifying patient needs in long-term residents, a team player, and efficient with their time.
- Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
- Must have a degree in Physical Therapy and must be CT licensed.
