The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities, investments, partnerships, cost savings projects, and internal operational analyses. This role will work across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product Development to build financial models, evaluate growth initiatives, support M&A and partnership opportunities, develop critical business insights, and help execute value creation projects. This position offers high visibility to senior leadership (CEO/CFO) and is well-suited for candidates interested in developing an operator skillset across strategic, financial, and cross‑functional initiatives.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of financial analysis experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, management consulting, FP&A, or Big‑4 valuation or advisory.

- Build financial models and analyses related to growth initiatives, pricing agreements, margins, sales performance, products, and operational KPIs.
- Support execution on M&A opportunities, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives through financial modelling, research, valuation, due diligence, and process coordination.
- Prepare materials for senior leadership (CEO/CFO) and external stakeholders (including our parent company) to support strategic and financial decision‑making.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and Purchasing to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate across the organization to drive various value creation initiatives.
- Develop insights using BI tools to improve visibility and drive business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics or a related field.
- 1-2 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, management consulting, FP&A, or Big‑4 valuation or advisory.
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities; familiarity with Power
BI, SQL or other analytical tools a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
