Seeking a full-time Associate Financial Advisor Support professional for an on‑site position in Stamford, CT. The role involves providing support to Financial Advisors in serving clients and delivering excellent financial planning and investment services. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, assisting with retirement and investment planning strategies, maintaining client accounts, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with related regulations. The role also includes client communication and preparation of comprehensive financial recommendations to meet client goals.
QualificationsWe’re looking for a driven, detail‑oriented professional to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut as an Associate supporting financial advisors nationwide.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Regional Managers to cultivate relationships, support new business development, and deliver exceptional service to financial advisors across the country.
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Thrives in a client‑facing, relationship‑driven environment
- Is confident discussing investment solutions and market conditions
- Excels in customer service and phone‑based communication
- Is organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
- Has 1–3 years of experience (financial services preferred)
You’ll gain exposure to separately managed accounts, mutual funds, and alternative investment products while playing a key role in supporting sales efforts and resolving advisor inquiries.
Qualifications include:
- ✔ Bachelor’s degree (business‑related major preferred)
- ✔ Progress toward or willingness to obtain SIE and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 licensing
- ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM knowledge a plus)
