$80-90K + bonus

• Partner with internal teams to build and enhance databases, workflows, and reporting processes
• Manage and analyze large datasets across a range of investment vehicles, including alternative investments, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts
• Process, calculate, and maintain accurate investment and product data (e.g., performance, assets, flows, fees, holdings, and portfolio characteristics)
• Prepare and distribute recurring reports and data extracts (daily, monthly, quarterly)
• Validate investment and product data used in reports and external materials (e.g., prospectuses, annual reports, websites, marketing materials, and third-party platforms)
• Provide analytical support and respond to ad hoc data and research requests
• Develop proficiency in internal systems and third-party platforms such as Bloomberg

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in investment or asset management (Financial Services experience)
• Experience with alternative investments, mutual funds, or separately managed accounts preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Familiarity with SQL, PowerPoint, or Tableau is a plus
