We are working with one of our clients to hire a Senior Operations/Reconciliations for their Stamford office. The firm is an established global multi-strategy hedge fund with a strong track record and a collaborative work environment.
The role itself will cover P&L reconciliations, identifying trading PNL and market value, cash and position break resolution, process improvements and ad-hoc projects. Additionally, the position will work closely with various teams across the business, providing excellent exposure to the operations of a successful hedge fund.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar operations/middle office role on either the sell side or buy side. Have a strong knowledge of the full reconciliation process.
