Vice President - Private Credit

A leading private credit platform with $4.5B AUM and a strong reputation in middle-market direct lending and opportunistic credit strategies is seeking a Vice President to join its growing team. The firm is highly entrepreneurial and top-heavy, currently raising its fourth fund (~$2B). Most transactions are firm-led and structured, offering significant influence over deal execution and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of complex credit transactions across sponsored and non-sponsored deals

• Oversee financial modeling, credit analysis, and deal structuring

• Work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Contribute to portfolio management and support origination efforts over time

Ideal Candidate:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking (M&A or coverage)

• Strong technical skills and experience leading transactions

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting
