- 5–10 years of experience in client-facing financial advisory or wealth management roles
- Growth-oriented professionals motivated to open and scale offices in new markets
- A team player who values planning, service excellence, and purpose-driven work
- First-year earnings: $200,000–$250,000 (salary + bonus)
- Second-year potential: $500,000+ as business grows
