Instant Impact is supporting a fast‑growing UK‑headquartered financial services business as it expands its U.S. banking operations. We’re looking for a Liquidity & Deposits Associate to join their Operations team – a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in treasury, deposit operations, or liquidity management who’s ready to make an impact in a fast‑paced, build‑phase environment.

• Manage the lifecycle of deposit products, including setup, maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Support interest rate management, account servicing, and maturity processes.
• Oversee daily liquidity activity and coordinate funding through Federal Reserve accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across deposit and liquidity operations.
• Collaborate across teams to build out new operational processes and controls.

• Experience in deposit operations, treasury, or liquidity management within a financial services or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of DDA/TD products, interest accruals, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Fedwire, ACH, and U.S. payments infrastructure.
• A detail‑oriented, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
