Senior Financial Analyst

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to FP&A team and management.
• Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis.
• Assist with annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop models that help with decision‑making as needed.
• Provide support to the Accounting team during month‑end close to ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting.
• Will be required to work occasionally outside of standard working hours or on weekends during budget/reforecast periods.
• Perform ad‑hoc requests in support of business partners.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and budgeting/planning tools (e.g., TM1, SAP).
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to accuracy and detail required.
