We are seeking a GE Accounting & Reporting Controller to lead forecasting, planning, and analysis of General Expenses. This role will also support general accounting functions, including month‑end journal vouchers and account reconciliations. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will provide insights that shape strategic decisions around GE spend. This position offers a hybrid working model, combining collaboration in our Stamford office with flexibility to work remotely.

• Lead GE planning and forecasting cycles with ownership and accountability
• Serve as a key business partner across cross‑functional teams, facilitating standardized monthly meetings
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of GE/Overhead actual expenses
• Record GE re‑classes and journal vouchers monthly/quarterly to ensure accurate reporting
• Drive continuous process improvement in GE management practices
• Manage cost center reporting, including cycle administration and chart of accounts oversight
• Review cycles and allocations to ensure accurate departmental reporting
• Lead accounting processes for balance sheet provision and accrual accounts
• Oversee planning and forecasting for Other Income & Expense
• Deliver detailed bridges and variance analyses comparing forecasts and prior‑year results
• Identify risks and opportunities to ensure organizational targets are achieved

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3‑5+ years of experience in a multinational CPG company.
• Strong accounting background with deep understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
• Experience managing GE/Overhead expenses and handling confidential information.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, including CO/PA assessment cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to implement new processes and standardize reporting with stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
