- Manage engagement maintenance and billing coordination, including preparing client bills in accordance with billing schedule, reconciling engagement and investment reports and coordinating with engagement team and EMCs to adjust ERPs as necessary and close out engagements upon completion of work.
- Ensure all engagement administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner (such as bills are prepared, finalized, sent, and filed in Orion), which may include tracking consultant time and fees.
- Provide engagement setup, including creation and maintenance of opportunities, coordination with the engagement team, risk management, ESAs, and EMCs and creating pricing workbooks.
- Offer administrative support, including travel arrangements, calendar management/meeting support, time/expense support.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited college/university, or a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Experience with in a professional services or Tax business environment is preferred.
- Excellent technical skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interfacing effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent data analysis and web‑based research skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently address issues of moderate complexity; ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative, productive member of a project team.
- Effective time and project management skills to ensure the successful management of multiple projects simultaneously.
